💼 About This Role

You'll join GFiber's field operations team, installing and maintaining network infrastructure for Webpass in multi-dwelling buildings. Your core impact will be providing a fast and friendly customer installation experience while ensuring exceptional network uptime. You'll also conduct site surveys and mount equipment on rooftops.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and test Ethernet jacks and cross connects.
• Run and terminate ethernet cable through risers and horizontal drops.
• Mount and point microwave radios on rooftops.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network equipment.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience with CAT5/CAT6 cable and structured cabling.
• 1-2 years experience working with twisted pair copper cabling and home networking equipment.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, lift 25 lbs, and work weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical training like BICSI.
• Experience with mmWave radio installation and maintenance.
• Fiber optic cabling and fusion splicing experience.
