You'll support public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, by troubleshooting complex issues and translating security needs into clear steps. You'll work closely with engineering and customer teams to resolve issues and improve internal tooling using scripting and AI. This role offers the opportunity to shape the post-AGI support team at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support U.S. government customers with FedRAMP requirements
• Write scripts and use AI to automate repetitive tasks
• Partner with engineering to resolve complex customer issues
• Orchestrate agentic improvements to operations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in user operations or support engineering
• Scripting proficiency (Python or similar) for automation
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills
• US citizenship required for government contract
