You'll drive initial utilization and adoption of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud for new customers, acting as a dedicated technical partner. You'll accelerate time-to-value by delivering technical guidance and leveraging AI-powered tools to ensure a world-class experience. This high-impact role combines deep hands-on expertise with strategic advisory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical success and consumption for assigned customer portfolio
• Deliver foundational guidance on architecture, security, and workload management
• Collaborate with account teams and internal partners to ensure seamless resource orchestration
• Create reusable programs like hands-on labs and webinars to educate customers

📋 Requirements

• SQL hands-on experience required
• Strong foundational understanding of data architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English
