You'll manage contractors, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, compliant delivery from design through closeout. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead construction execution activities for capital projects
• Manage contractors and subcontractors for safe delivery
• Coordinate schedule management, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Conduct field walkthroughs to verify progress and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
• Experience on biopharma or regulated facility projects
• Knowledge of GMP environments and clean construction
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience with Lean Construction methods
• Commissioning and startup experience
