🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate clinical protocols into technical specifications for IRT systems
• Write detailed functional specs for randomization models and interfaces
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) setup and execution

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience as a software business analyst or similar
• 2-4 years experience in life sciences or clinical research industry
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and learn complex systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IRT, IVR, IWR, and/or IMR platforms
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
