🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery outcomes for 1-2 teams of 6-15 engineers
• Manage people and career development through 1-on-1s and reviews
• Maintain engineering standards across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA
• Stay technically hands-on (~30%) contributing code and reviewing PRs

📋 Requirements

• Software development background with solid backend expertise
• Distributed systems knowledge
• Emerging leadership experience as Tech Lead or similar
• Strong delivery instincts and ability to track progress
