Description

In this role, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while providing compassionate care and ensuring a safe environment. You'll work as part of a care team under nurse supervision to support residents' well-being and quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid certification
• Previous Nursing Assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing
• Provide supervision, cueing, or non-weight-bearing assistance for transfer ambulation
• Safely roll carts, laundry hampers, and other equipment through work and resident areas
• Communicate and coordinate with resident needs and team structure under nurse direction
• Respond quickly to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed
