💼 About This Role

You'll lead pre-sales technical consultation and solution design for enterprise networking solutions. You'll architect and deploy Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and cloud-managed solutions for enterprise and IT customers. You'll also act as the voice of the customer to influence product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with account teams for pre-sales technical consultation and solution design
• Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade WiFi, switches, routers, and cloud solutions
• Serve as technical bridge between customer and support organization
• Conduct RF planning and network design using tools like Ekahau

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Network Engineering
• Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 wireless networking technologies
• Expertise in Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and enterprise security practices
• Experience with cloud-managed networking (NETGEAR Insight or competitive solutions)

• Industry certifications like CWNA, CCNA/CCNP
• Experience supporting channel partners, MSPs, and mid-market enterprise customers
• Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills across wireless and wired networks
