You'll own critical problems in the growth funnel, guiding members from signup to first health outcomes. You'll design systems to reduce enrollment friction and empower scale, sitting at the intersection of product, operations, and applied AI with LLM-powered development workflows to rapidly ship impactful experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complex projects across enrollment and early member journey
• Design scalable backend systems for enrollment workflows
• Build integrations with clinical platforms, lab vendors, partner APIs
• Lead technical decision-making, balancing speed, quality, maintainability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems with Go and/or Python
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and drive measurable impact
• Experience designing and operating scalable backend systems including APIs and event-driven architectures
• Strong product and business intuition
