🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and file complaints within 30 days of case transfer
• Manage discovery, including drafting requests and responses
• Coordinate scheduling, mediations, and depositions
• Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules
• Proficiency with e-filing and litigation management software
• Ability to work Mountain Time business hours
