Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team and family members
• Use electronic charting system (Cubhub) for documentation
