💼 About This Role

You'll launch a new crypto-native payments business built on Bitcoin infrastructure, defining the roadmap and building the first product squad. You'll transform protocol-level capabilities into real-world payment products spanning remittances, merchant payments, and programmable transactions. This high-autonomy role combines product leadership and venture strategy at startup speed with strong technical backing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product portfolio roadmap across payment verticals.
• Lead customer discovery, pilot programs, and design partnerships.
• Build and lead a dedicated product and engineering squad from scratch.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in payments, remittances, fintech, or crypto.
• Proven track record of building crypto payment products in production.
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin and EVM-based ecosystems.
• Experience in product strategy and building commercial partnerships.

• Familiarity with programmable money or agentic payments.
• Experience in 0→1 or early-stage environments.
• Comfortable speaking at events and engaging with partners.
