💼 About This Role

You'll join a Level 2 team providing technical and test support for software-defined vehicle solutions. You'll coordinate with engineering teams to resolve application issues and ensure customer success during test sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers during online test sessions and offline ticket support
• Coordinate with support and development teams to resolve application issues
• Administer and resolve application issues, perform root cause analysis
• Coordinate with UAT department to assist in releases and deployments

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting customers in the test phase
• Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration
• Working fluency in SQL and database technologies
• Ability to diagnose and address application issues

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Familiarity with Postman for HTTP requests
• Basic knowledge of C# programming
