You'll be a trusted advisor to top customers, driving adoption and expansion of Cato's SASE platform. You'll own the post-sales motion from deployment through renewal, ensuring customers realize full value. This role offers a chance to join a hyper-growth cybersecurity company shaping the SASE market.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage account health and drive retention and growth
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Conduct QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals, and upsells

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and technical escalation
  • Exposure to networking or security software solutions
  • Located in Bay Area, CA or willing to travel 25%

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, etc.
  • Experience with identity management or threat protection mechanisms
