You'll be a trusted advisor to top customers, driving adoption and expansion of Cato's SASE platform. You'll own the post-sales motion from deployment through renewal, ensuring customers realize full value. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage account health and drive retention and growth
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Conduct QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals, and upsells
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Experience in commercial negotiations and technical escalation
- Exposure to networking or security software solutions
- Located in Bay Area, CA or willing to travel 25%
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, etc.
- Experience with identity management or threat protection mechanisms
