💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and communication skills for children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center or in homes. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in our data system. This role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills 1:1
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run
• Pass a background check

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred (must obtain within 60 days)
• Background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting)
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
