🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams for service delivery
• Assist in preparation and delivery of operational health and KPIs
• Support critical client issues via ITSM approach
• Track and report moves, additions, and changes to client assets

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT Service Management experience in a client-facing role
• Operational ability in diverse, large-scale, outsourced environments
• Proficient understanding of ITIL principles
• Willingness to travel as required

• Knowledge of escalation procedures and incident management
• Understanding of mainframe, open systems, virtualization, or cloud computing
