You'll build Remote's growth engine from scratch, owning the self-serve motion that drives user discovery, adoption, and conversion. You'll act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and RevOps, ensuring a frictionless user journey. This role offers the chance to define the PLG framework for a global HR platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define North Star metrics and identify 'Aha!' moments
• Optimize onboarding flow to reduce Time-to-Value
• Build automated behavior-based messaging campaigns
• Run A/B tests on pricing pages and sign-up flows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations
• SQL proficiency or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker)
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels
