💼 About This Role

You'll define the overall QA strategy and architect automation frameworks for AI products at an all-in-one sales & marketing platform. You'll own the quality charter for the AI vertical, influencing cross-functional teams and shaping the AI quality roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define overall QA strategy and architect large-scale automation frameworks
• Drive organisation-wide quality initiatives for AI products
• Design scalable test approaches for RAG, hallucination, drift, and bias
• Coach and upskill the QA team to build talent pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience in QA/SDET roles
• Deep expertise in AI model testing (RAG, hallucination, drift, bias)
• Proven experience architecting cross-platform automation frameworks
• Strong leadership to coach and upskill an entire team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and monitoring AI systems
• Exposure to performance and scalability testing of AI workloads
