💼 About This Role

You'll lead fund accounting and investor reporting for VC/PE funds, ensuring compliance with Invest Europe standards and timely delivery. You'll drive automation and digitization of processes to shape next-gen fund services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare investor reports with IRR, TVPI, DPI, NAV, carried interest.
• Manage annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors.
• Conduct reviews of accounting data, reconciliations, and valuations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for process automation.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or controlling.
• 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting/administration.
• Solid knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Practical experience with Invest Europe Guidelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• German language proficiency.
• Experience with Luxembourg or US accounting standards.
• IT affinity and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
