Requirements
- Significant customer-facing/account management experience in SaaS
- Fluent in French and English
- Solid knowledge of social media and social marketing
- Tech savvy: ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong customer focus, collaboration, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead relationship management for a book of high-value Fortune 1000 customers
- Build and maintain influential relationships from end users to executive sponsors
- Develop and execute Mutual Account Plans, success reviews, and value workshops
- Monitor account health and adoption, intervene with strategies to enhance workflows
- Collaborate with Account Manager on account strategies and identify expansion leads
