📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud architecture and deployment experience.
• 5+ years of Genesys analytics and reporting experience.
• Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud routing and call flows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Genesys deployments.

• Genesys Cloud CX Professional or Architect certification.
