You'll own end-to-end retail investment process design and governance within a digitally enabled advisory environment. Your core impact is ensuring processes are compliant, efficient, and continuously improved across Virtual Connect channels. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end process design and governance for retail investment workflows
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Identify and lead process optimization initiatives including automation
• Maintain standardized process documentation including SOPs and controls

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in process management, operations, or business transformation
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and governance
• Experience with retail investment or advisory processes is strongly preferred
• Advanced ability in data-driven decision-making and KPI design
