💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute the French market access strategy for novel oncology therapies, leading reimbursement and pricing negotiations. Your work will ensure timely patient access while shaping the company's European access strategy. You'll build a high-performing market access team from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement market access strategies for oncology products in France
• Lead HTA pricing filings and negotiations with health authorities
• Build relationships with payers, HTA bodies, and policy influencers
• Align local access strategy with European corporate objectives

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in market access, pricing, or health economics (Pharma/Biotech)
• Proven success supporting oncology product launches in France
• Deep understanding of French HTA and pricing negotiation processes
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or Public Health

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a biotech and/or first-in-country role
• Demonstrated people management and leadership capabilities
• Understanding of EU JCA and regional access strategies
