💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for the operational delivery success and growth of a Job&Talent Global Client. You'll manage worker attendance and act as the key link between client teams and the agency. This role offers a permanent contract with generous leave policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily worker attendance and real-time headcount reconciliation
• Act as primary contact between client operations and agency
• Provide on-the-ground support to temporary workers
• Ensure compliance with right-to-work and health & safety requirements

📋 Requirements

• Communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of MS Office or Google Workspace
