Description

You will act as the central point of ownership for the partner and supplier ecosystem, architecting and managing vital partnerships from contract negotiation to performance excellence. Your role ensures that key contractors and vendors operate as a seamless extension of the core team, safeguarding programme objectives across the entire supply chain.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in commercial and/or vendor management, preferably in a major consulting firm
  • Experience at Engagement Manager or Senior Consultant level managing complex workstreams and client/vendor relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of contract management including SOWs and SLAs
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing supplier performance and implementing recovery plans

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for key strategic partners, suppliers, and contractors
  • Lead structured partner performance reviews against contractual obligations and SLAs
  • Support negotiation and management of SOWs, contract amendments, and change orders with Commercial and Legal teams
  • Act as first escalation point for partner-related issues, driving resolution
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying risks and opportunities
