💼 About This Role

You'll own the full reputation function for a fast-growing digital health ecosystem, building monitoring systems and executing ORM/SERM/ASO strategy. Your core impact will be turning customer voice into a competitive advantage and shaping how millions perceive Leaply. This role offers full ownership to build the system from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage brand presence across Trustpilot, Reddit, Quora.
• Manage reviews and ratings on App Store & Google Play.
• Execute ORM/SERM/ASO strategy for brand visibility.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for reputation metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Proven SERM/ORM/Brand Monitoring experience.
• Strong communicator with English C1 level.
• Data-driven with fluency in Google Sheets and SEO tools.
• AI-fluent using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity daily.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with ASO and App Store optimization.
• Experience with influencer/YouTube outreach or digital PR.
• Knowledge of LLM-based reputation tools.
