πΌ About This Role
You'll lead external immuno-oncology translational research programs from pre-clinical toward clinical application, generating decision-enabling data for therapeutic development. You'll drive validation of AI/ML-derived targets using patient-derived samples and advanced immune functional assays. This remote role combines strategic leadership, scientific rigor, and operational oversight in a fast-evolving environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead external pre-clinical translational research programs through CRO and academic partnerships.
- Direct functional validation initiatives including immunogenicity studies and T-cell assays.
- Drive validation of AI/ML-derived targets using patient-derived samples.
- Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams to align scientific outputs.
π Requirements
- PhD with 8+ years of post-graduate industry or translational research experience
- Deep expertise in immuno-oncology and translational research methodologies
- Proven experience leading externalized R&D programs through CROs and academic collaborations
- Strong understanding of high-dimensional biological data analysis including single-cell sequencing
