🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead external pre-clinical translational research programs through CRO and academic partnerships.
  • Direct functional validation initiatives including immunogenicity studies and T-cell assays.
  • Drive validation of AI/ML-derived targets using patient-derived samples.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams to align scientific outputs.

  • PhD with 8+ years of post-graduate industry or translational research experience
  • Deep expertise in immuno-oncology and translational research methodologies
  • Proven experience leading externalized R&D programs through CROs and academic collaborations
  • Strong understanding of high-dimensional biological data analysis including single-cell sequencing
