๐ผ About This Role
You'll deliver high-touch support to Fora's highest-value advisors, owning inquiries end-to-end and defining best-in-class support workflows. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to improve scalability through tooling and automation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver support to Fora X Advisors via Intercom across all queues
- Serve as first-line resolution for escalations before routing to senior leadership
- Provide live support via phone or Zoom for real-time assistance
- Maintain and improve macros, SOPs, and internal documentation
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-time experience in customer support or operations
- Experience with ticketing platforms like Intercom or Zendesk
- Understanding of support metrics such as SLA, CSAT, AHT, and FCR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in financial operations or the travel industry
- Experience with process improvement initiatives or operational playbooks
- Exposure to customer experience or analytics tools
