Description

You will assemble and test optical, mechanical, and electrical components for AR/VR products. You'll also maintain test equipment, interpret results, and collaborate with engineers to improve test processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years manufacturing experience in aerospace, electronics, or medical industry
• Proven electromechanical assembly and testing experience including PCBA/CCA handling
• Skilled with hand and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, calipers, multimeters
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed assembly instructions
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for the first year

Responsibilities

• Assemble EagleEye AR headset optical components and displays following blueprints and schematics
• Use hand and power tools for building, calibrating, and maintaining equipment
• Interpret equipment test results and support validation of test processes
• Draft and provide feedback on test procedures; perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, and test results
