Description
You will handle customer returns, inspect items for defects, coordinate exchanges and repairs, maintain accurate records, and provide customer service. You will also receive and verify inventory shipments, update inventory systems, perform audits, and assist with stocking and packing orders.
Requirements
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to carry 50-75lbs
- Previous experience in inventory or returns preferred
Responsibilities
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Inspect returned items for defects and verify return criteria
- Manage RMA process including issuing RMAs and sorting items
- Receive and process incoming inventory shipments
