Description

You will partner cross-functionally to streamline HR processes, create documentation and training, conduct audits, and support automation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance across Canada and other markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience with depth in HR operations, benefits, compensation, HR data management, and knowledge of HR/labor laws
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
• Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel, HR metrics, reporting, and Google Suites

Responsibilities

• Create Standard Work, SOPs, and process maps for HR processes
• Partner with COEs to build training and integrate into HR new hire curriculum
• Conduct Standard Work audits to ensure practices are followed
• Participate in HR Business Reviews, collecting and presenting metrics and trend analysis
• Partner with Tech to create tools for process automation and reduce manual work
