🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and resolve homeowner issues using internal systems
• Track and document all homeowner communications
• Compile lists of delinquent accounts and locate homeowners
• Collect payments and set up repayment plans

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of call center experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

• Previous mortgage servicing experience
• Experience with collections processes
