💼 About This Role

You'll join a 2-year fast-track leadership program in our fulfillment centers, gaining hands-on experience managing teams up to 200 people. You'll drive strategic projects like automation and site launches with a data-driven approach. This program offers international immersion and a path to senior leadership roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete 1-month European onboarding in Netherlands, Germany, France
• Master operational processes on-site to autonomously manage a site
• Lead large teams and use data analysis to optimize productivity
• Pilot complex projects like automation and site launches

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, management, or engineering
• 0-1 year of professional experience
• Fluency in English and French
• Flexibility to work early mornings (5:30-14:00) or late evenings (13:30-22:00) and some Saturdays

• Prior leadership experience (volunteer project, association)
• German and/or Dutch language skills
• Willingness to relocate within France
