💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and delivery of scalable ML systems for high-stakes client projects at Thoughtworks. Your core impact is translating client needs into technically feasible solutions while championing Responsible AI. This role offers the opportunity to shape ML strategy and mentor a team. Due to project requirements, candidates must be Singaporean citizens or PR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of technical solutions and oversee program inception
• Develop scalable ML systems using modern architectures
• Translate client needs into technically feasible ML applications
• Own end-to-end ML pipelines, including deployment and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Proficiency in Python or Shell for clean, maintainable code
• Hands-on experience with ML platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubeflow
• Experience with MLOps principles and CI/CD for ML

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with on-premise vs. cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and monitoring tools
• Leadership experience in coaching and mentoring teams
