Description

You will lead planning and analysis of our logistics network, resource allocation, and load scheduling strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability for Aurora's self-driving truck fleet. Partner cross-functionally to translate operational challenges into scalable, data-informed solutions.

Requirements

• BS in a quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain)
• 5+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or network planning
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using logistics/analytics tools to support operational workflows
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize weekly network and resource plans across people, trucks, and terminals
• Build forecasting models to optimize fleet allocation and load management
• Translate business problems into actionable recommendations driving operational decisions
• Create weekly resource allocation schedules based on operational inputs and network optimization tools
• Develop dashboards to monitor utilization, identify constraints, and improve efficiency
