You'll support licensed colorists in providing a seamless guest experience while learning services and training for promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. You'll help guests find the best color, perform blowouts and styling, and drive retail sales and memberships. This role offers hands-on career growth in a vibrant salon environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, and blowouts
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Complete training in color theory and application skills

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems

• Salon or beauty industry experience preferred
• Fluency in English
