You'll lead our Data team as a Scrum Master, guiding the team in delivering efficient and innovative solutions. You'll remove impediments and coach the team in Agile principles, while collaborating with clients to identify business requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support solution discussions focusing on internal conflicts and communication.
• Remove impediments or blockers impacting team delivery.
• Coach the development team in agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Develop and present Data transformation roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Refine and maintain product backlogs, ensuring Definition of Ready.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years working as a Scrum Master.
• Experience setting up and evolving multi-functional development teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Proven experience with Atlassian tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
