🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Supervise a People and Culture team of six across HR operations, talent acquisition, and training
  • Embed organizational IMPACT values across all HR systems and communications
  • Oversee compensation, benefits programs, and payroll approval
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and performance management

  • 12+ years of progressive HR or operations experience
  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams

  • Experience with change management and scaling organizations
