You'll develop closed-loop trajectory control algorithms for the world's largest satellite constellation, ensuring thousands of Starlink satellites maintain optimal positions. Your work will directly enable global high-speed internet by planning daily orbital maneuvers. You'll also write production C++ and Python code that runs on satellites and ground systems.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop closed-loop trajectory control algorithms for all mission phases
- Identify and implement features to improve control performance
- Conduct simulation studies and on-orbit experiments
- Write production code in C++ and Python
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, physics, math, or computer science
- Strong fundamental understanding of dynamical systems
- Software development experience in C++ and Python

- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field
- Expertise in orbital mechanics and maneuver planning
- Familiarity with state-space methods and classical control theory
