You'll implement scalable solutions that enable billions of safe customer interactions on Cash App's Controls team. You'll build highly-available infrastructure powering trust and safety decisions. You'll partner across engineering, product, and risk teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope and build features
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to design and product discussions
• Mentor teammates to grow their technical breadth and depth
• Direct AI agents across the full development lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience building and operating highly available services
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and customer empathy
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic coding tools in production work
• Familiarity with Kafka, DynamoDB, MySQL
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes
