You'll visit patients in their homes or offices to collect blood samples for at-home diagnostics. Your work will directly improve patient adherence and close gaps in care through same-day availability. This role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit patients at home or office for blood draws
• Process specimens using a portable centrifuge
• Drop samples off at patient service centers or labs
• Maintain communication with operations and patient experience team

📋 Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Experience processing samples
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
