You'll support statutory audits across global entities and strengthen financial controls for a fast-growing fintech. Your work will directly impact reporting accuracy and process scalability in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate statutory and external audits across global entities.
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor queries.
• Document and maintain financial control processes and frameworks.
• Support month-end close including balance sheet reconciliations.

📋 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in audit or financial reporting (Big 4 or similar).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.
• Experience with multiple entity reporting.
