💼 About This Role

You'll lead the preparation of technical tenders for complex construction projects, coordinating MEP cost calculations and value engineering. You'll analyze tender documentation and translate requirements into competitive pricing strategies. Your role spans multidisciplinary coordination across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing disciplines within a dynamic estimating team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze tender documents and prepare MEP cost calculations.
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between MEP disciplines.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative solutions.
• Prepare comparative analyses and final tender documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of MEP tendering or estimation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Fluent in English with good Dutch and French skills.
