💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a subject matter expert on Verkada's cloud security products, managing post-sales deployments for large strategic customers. You'll lead project management for customer accounts, ensuring successful integration of security systems into their environment. Partnering with sales teams, you'll also train customers and identify upselling opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert-level service on Verkada product suite during post-sales
• Manage project deployments for customer accounts
• Configure and fine-tune product features and analytics
• Train customers and partners on Verkada products

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident for FedRAMP
• Strong background in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry certifications such as CCNA or AWS
• Experience working with Linux systems
• Previous startup experience
