💼 About This Role

You'll support hospital implementations end-to-end, from onboarding to go-live. You'll collaborate closely with care teams to ensure the product works effectively in practice. This role offers the chance to drive meaningful impact in a fast-scaling health-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full-cycle hospital implementations: onboarding, training, and go-live.
• Serve as on-site contact for care teams, troubleshooting operational issues.
• Collect structured feedback and relay improvements to Product and Engineering.
• Promote active product usage by working with key users.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in or with hospitals (medical background preferred but not required).
• Pragmatic and structured approach to project management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable traveling regularly within the Netherlands and being on-site during go-lives.
