💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a traveling heavy equipment mobile mechanic supporting branches in Virginia and Maryland. Your core impact is providing maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company owned heavy equipment. You'll have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of equipment makes and models
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and at least 21 years old

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
