Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide support and troubleshooting at client sites, maintain tool uptime, and drive continuous improvement of customer experience. You will manage new product installs, hardware development, and project evaluations while collaborating with international teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
• English language fluency required
