Description

As a Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you will draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of commercial agreements, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing contracts. You'll provide pragmatic legal guidance and support contract lifecycle management initiatives for diverse clients.

Requirements

• Solid core commercial contracting experience
• Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred
• Ability to handle high-volume contract drafting and negotiation
• Practical, business-oriented approach to legal guidance

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate high volume of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, distribution, supply, procurement, services agreements)
• Support supply chain and manufacturing-focused contracts (vendor, supplier, operations-related agreements)
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on contract terms, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy
• Assist clients with large commercial contracting initiatives, including contract standardization and remediation projects
• Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) efforts, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing contract management
