💼 About This Role

You'll sell exclusive, sustainable cruises to the Galápagos Islands as part of a specialized travel brand. You'll advise clients, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate with marketing to drive sales. This role offers remote work within a passionate international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise potential clients and help plan their trips via email, phone, and video chat.
• Communicate with providers to confirm prices, block spaces, and negotiate deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize trip marketing.
• Improve client experience before and after a sale.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with clear results.
• Native or near-native English (C2 level).
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts aligned to US time zones.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Speak a second language (French or German preferred).
• Passionate about and have visited the Galápagos Islands.
• Previous experience in Galápagos sales.
