🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adult clients using CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended sessions per week
• Use data to drive treatment and adjust approach based on client progress
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate

📋 Requirements

• Active license as LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist in Washington
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• At least 6 months of teletherapy experience
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Willingness to become licensed in other states
• Experience with clinical assessments like PHQ-9
• Cross-licensure motivation
